Day 2: Into Sámi Country
On day 2 of our itinerary, you’ll join your driver in the morning to travel north into Sami country.
Your guide treats this drive like a moving nature documentary, pausing at viewpoints for photos and small moments: a frozen river bend, reindeer tracks crossing the snow, maybe even a roadside herd.

You’ll settle into your lodge or lakeside hotel, where darkness is deeper, and aurora odds are better.
If the forecast cooperates, your guide positions you for viewing with minimal effort, short walks, warm shelter nearby, and a calm, unhurried watch.

Day 3: Lake Inari (Snowmobile Sled or Boat)
